We’ve been busy sharpening Churn Assassin to give you even more firepower against churn. Below is a quick tour of improvements, docs updates, community news, and a bug fix, and the biggest new features are at the very bottom.  👇

Enhancements

  • Daily Focus readability — Company links now display perfectly in dark mode for clear, consistent scanning.

  • Hardened Salesforce Sync — This job now runs more reliably, even for customers with very large datasets.

  • New Standard Property: mobile-phone — Enables text messaging to end users directly from Churn Assassin.

  • Additional Sentry Beacon Properties — You can now natively pass Company MRR, Next Renewal Date, and Mobile Phone through the tracking code—no CRM required.

  • Improved Salesforce ↔ Churn Assassin Integration — Better performance, logging, and error handling to keep your data flowing smoothly.

  • Sentry Beacon Performance (SPA) — The SPA (single page application) version of our tracking code got faster and lighter with several performance upgrades. This has been designed with all the major front-end frameworks in mind.

  • Chargebee Integration Logging — Added detailed logs for even better visibility into sync activity, making it easier to track, debug, and optimize.

  • Company List Upgrades — Company list pages now surface MRR, engagement frequency, and last-seen date/time by default, while hiding less critical fields for clarity.

  • RPS Score Everywhere — Renewal Probability Scores are now visible on every tab within a company profile, right next to health bubbles, so you never lose sight of account health.

  • Navigation Simplification — “Company HQ” is now simply “Companies” in the main navigation for faster access and cleaner flow.

  • Performance — We've updated several key areas of the application to perform better than ever. Those areas include the system dashboard, company dashboard, customer health scores and reporting and analytics.

New Features

  • Chargebee Integration (out of Beta): The Chargebee integration is now fully production-ready! This isn’t just a connection — it’s a smarter, deeper way to track churn risks and revenue trends. By pulling in billing data, Churn Assassin helps you link usage to revenue health and spot decay or expansion sooner. Say goodbye to blind spots in your financial signals and hello to tighter churn monitoring powered directly by your billing system.
  • Salesforce Property Sync Scheduling: Take control of how often each property syncs between Salesforce and Churn Assassin. Fine-tune frequency per field to reduce API calls, prevent data noise, and keep health signals fresh. Perfect for teams who want both precision and flexibility. Once set, the sync runs automatically in the background—your way.
  • Revenue History Tracking: See customer revenue over time, not just a snapshot. Spot downgrades early, track expansion momentum, and tie usage trends directly to financial outcomes. Especially powerful for consumption-based products where renewals depend on ongoing value. Revenue History makes forecasting and retention conversations clearer and more data-driven.
  • 8 New Retention Playbooks: We’ve added eight proven strategies in the CSM Academy, each designed to help you re-engage accounts at the right moment. From “Advocacy Council” to “Scale-up Sprint,” these playbooks give your team step-by-step guidance for keeping customers engaged. Less time debating what to do, more time executing plays that work.
  • New Metric: Average Daily Users: Track true adoption by monitoring the average number of daily users. This smooths out spikes and reveals the real baseline of customer activity. A gradual decline becomes easier to spot, and steady growth is more obvious. A sharper lens into long-term engagement.
  • ARR → MRR Sync: For teams that track revenue annually, this update automatically calculates MRR from ARR values. It keeps your dashboards aligned, prevents reporting errors, and saves manual effort. Small change, big clarity.
  • Assassin AI in Weekly Health Reports: Your Sunday health report just leveled up. Assassin AI now adds summaries, tailored recommendations, and action items specific to your accounts. No fluff—just sharp, actionable insights ready to share with your team. It’s like having a mini-strategy brief delivered to your inbox every week.
