Crush Churn and Maximize Renewals

At the end of your 30-day free trial, you have two options:

1. Continue with full access – Enter your credit card details to retain all paid plan features.
2. Do nothing – Your account will be deactivated, but retained for another 30 days. If you decide not to move forward with Churn Assassin, your data will be purged from our systems at that time.

After signing up you will be provided with a code snippet that can be copied and pasted within your application.  From that moment on, Churn Assassin will begin to collect your users behaviors and run our evidence-based churn behaviors and signals against them.  Once a prediction is made, we will email you with the account details and the reason for our prediction.

A customer is any single organization who uses your application.  For example. Acme Inc is your customer and John Doe and Kelly Doe both are employees of Acme Inc. Even though two of Acme Inc.'s employees will login to your application, Churn Assassin is only concerned with the number of customers, in this case a single customer Acme Inc.

Free trial customers are still customers as it relates to Churn Assassin.  If you do not wish to use Churn Assassin with your free trial customers you do have options.  For instance; you can have your team ignore our tracking snippet (enclosed within an IF/ELSE block of code) whenever a free trial customer uses your application.

Cancelling is easy and can be requested at anytime from within your portal.  You don't even need to talk to anyone.  Cancellations are processed at the end of the billing term.
