It also integrates with automation tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and Integrately, so you can create customized workflows. Additionally, subscription management is covered with platforms like Chargebee, Paddle, and Maxio (formerly Chargify). The Free plan allows you to monitor up to 25 customers for free, while the Pro plan lets you monitor unlimited customers, scaling with your needs as your business grows.

The Free Trial lasts 30 days and gives you full access to all Churn Assassin features, including advanced analytics, additional integrations, and unlimited customer monitoring. No credit card is required, so you can explore everything Churn Assassin has to offer risk-free.

The Free plan includes essential churn detection and retention tools, allowing you to monitor up to 25 customers indefinitely. It’s a great way to start identifying churn risks and see Churn Assassin in action, with access to core features like customer insights and alerts. It's also our way of giving back to the entrepreneur community.

Upgrading is straightforward. You can switch from the Free to the Pro plan directly within your account dashboard.

When you upgrade, all data from the Free plan remains intact, so you can continue where you left off with enhanced features and expanded insights. Even though you only see 25 customers in the free plan, we collect data on all of your customers so we can give you an interrupted data picture with the highest quality analytics when you choose to upgrade.

Billing begins once you upgrade to the Pro plan after the Free Trial or directly from the Free plan. Churn Assassin uses a transparent, customer-based pricing model, meaning you’re billed based on the number of customers you monitor.

Payment by PO or invoice is available for custom plans, starting at 500 monitored customers and up. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Billing for the Pro plan begins immediately upon upgrading. If you start with the Free Trial, billing commences when you start the upgrade process and add your payment details.

For Free Tier users, billing will start once the upgrade process is complete. While on the Free Tier, your view was limited to data from 25 monitored customers; however, we continued gathering data across all your customers to provide a comprehensive overview. Upgrading to a Pro account unlocks full access to data for all monitored customers, including the additional data collected during your Free Tier period.

You can cancel anytime within your billing portal. While we don't offer refunds, you can cancel your account before the next renewal date.

Your data is stored in a highly secure, PCI DSS-compliant facility with multiple layers of security. The physical environment is closely monitored, featuring round-the-clock security and technical staff, dual-factor authentication, and biometric scanners for controlled access through a four-zone security system. Security cameras and an intercom system ensure continuous surveillance, with dedicated cage cameras for enhanced protection.

Our data centers undergo annual independent audits for compliance with SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, HITRUST, ISO 27001, and SSAE 18 standards.

Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only, ensuring a secure environment for sensitive information.

Yes, all your data is backed up and encrypted for security. Backup files are stored safely within our network as well as a secure offsite location. Backups are performed at least once within a 24 hour period. 

Yes, Churn Assassin follows a rigorous process to maintain and improve our security posture, ensuring the safety and integrity of our systems and your data.

• Code Reviews: Every change to our code undergoes thorough reviews by our engineers to catch and address potential security issues before they reach our live environment.
