Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Churn Assassin offers month-to-month and annual agreements. Month-to month agreements offer complete flexibility but are a bit more expensive than their annual plan counterpart. Annual agreements offer discounted pricing beyond that of month-to-month agreements.

Can I setup autopay?
Absolutely. When entering your payment method, you can set your account up for auto pay. Autopay can be turned off at any time from within your billing portal.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime within your billing portal. While we don't offer refunds, you can cancel your account before the next renewal date.

Yes, Churn Assassin utilizes the latest in security which includes:

Is my data backed up?
Yes, all your data is backed up and encrypted for security. Backup files are stored safely within our network as well as a secure offsite location. Backups are performed at least once within a 24 hour period.

Your data will be stored within our North American data center.
